Training Management System (TAMs)

The purpose of Training system is to improve the workflow of HR department in order to manage training application (internal course) for all staffs. Mainly, the objective of this system is to view information on in-house training programmes, apply for training, and monitor the progress of your application personally via the portal. Through this system, admin can create new course to offer to staffs, update attendance list after training and generate report. Offered training course can be registered and fill up evaluation form via online by staffs.
