Overview
The purpose of hostel management system is to improve the Hostel Management from manual practice which is update hostel information in excel file to online system that can avoid data redundancy and more flexible. Generally this system helps to manage information of those ones who had check in adn check out the hostel. This system automatically generated reports that summaries the important figures and data such as occupancy of all hostel and maintenance report.
Objective
To help user to manage the operation of hostel with the efficent, accurate and affective way. we trust that this system will helps to : 1) better manage hostel management 2) reduce carbon footprint through less usage of paper and pring 3) Streamline processes involved in the hostel management and warden

This page shows summary of capacity, available and accoupied for each unit.
Room Assignment
In this page, admin can filter by location and availability room then assgin room for a student

Show the available status to book room/bed.

This page shows the chek in process by assigning date in and out.
Student's Profile
Admin can see students profile like personal background, education backgroun and hostel history
